Experience
Mr. Kripalani is Of Counsel to the firm, Fitzgerald, Abbott and Beardsley, and a member of its Business and Transactions Practice Group. Before joining the firm, he was General Manager of MemoryX, a Santa Clara, California-based memory chip distributor and manufacturer. He has held positions of CFO for venture backed enterprise software companies and large manufacturing organizations. His business experience includes in-depth implementation of "lean" and "cellular" processes in manufacturing organizations. Mr. Kripalani has also had significant experience in corporate financial valuations, business consulting and merger and acquisition transactions.

He has extensive experience with start-ups in technology firms and particular experience in helping real estate investors structure corporate, partnership and limited liability company entities. His particular interest is in helping companies protect their assets from plaintiffs and creditors by focusing on properly structuring asset ownership, business entities, and employing risk mitigation strategies.

Mr. Kripalani also focuses on legal audits and assisting entrepreneurs and start-ups with all aspects of their legal needs including financing transactions with angel and venture capital investors. His broad managerial and consulting background is a plus for helping organizations develop and sharpen their legal strategies.

Sunil Bhaskaran

Mr. Sunil Bhaskaran is the CEO of Alacrity Consulting Services, Inc., an organization which is dedicated to coaching, training and educating real estate investors and business owners (particularly women based businesses and investors). 

Real Estate Experience:

Mr. Bhaskaran comes from a family who invested in real estate in Singapore in the early nineteen seventies.  Through the years, he has learned the power and opportunity behind real estate investing and has generated over $1 million in income from real estate (cash flow and equity) in the last 6 years in the United States. 

He continues to commit a significant portion of his passion, time and energy towards discovering opportunities and then educating people who usually don't have the time to explore or have the awareness of these opportunities. He has several business entities under his management or membership.  He is about 25 percent on his way to his retirement goal and is very much interested and active in pursuing real estate opportunities in apartment buildings and single family homes.  He occasionally moderates the Santa Cruz Real Estate Investment Group meetings. 

Corporate Coaching and Workshops:

He has been leading workshops and coaching people in businesses for the last 15 years.  His clients include Comerica Bank and Cisco as well as small to medium sized businesses.  The typical results produced for small businesses have been on the order of increasing sales income by a factor of 5-7 times over a period of 6-8 months. 

He has successfully coached high level business leaders, real estate investors, engineers and other professionals.

He is a radio personality and had his own successful radio talk show on AM Radio: KSCO in the Bay Area of California. 

Mr. Bhaskaran graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) from the University of California, Irvine in 1989.  He is married to the beautiful and vivacious singer/songwriter Glenda Benevides.
