We provide Coaching, Training, Education and Support Services for Investors and Businesses through our Coaching Services, Workshops and Audio Products.

We have worked with Individuals through Small and Mid size organizations through Large organizations like Cisco and Comerica Bank.

We are located in the Bay Area of Northern California and work with people and organizations all over the world.

Background - Sunil Bhaskaran

Mr. Sunil Bhaskaran is the CEO of Alacrity Consulting Services, Inc., an organization which is dedicated to coaching, training and educating real estate investors and business owners (particularly women based businesses and investors). 

Real Estate Experience:

Mr. Bhaskaran comes from a family who invested in real estate in Singapore in the early nineteen seventies.  Through the years, he has learned the power and opportunity behind real estate investing and has generated over $1 million in income from real estate (cash flow and equity) in the last 6 years in the United States. 

He continues to commit a significant portion of his passion, time and energy towards discovering opportunities and then educating people who usually don't have the time to explore or have the awareness of these opportunities. He has several business entities under his management or membership.  He is about 25 percent on his way to his retirement goal and is very much interested and active in pursuing real estate opportunities in apartment buildings and single family homes.  He occasionally moderates the Santa Cruz Real Estate Investment Group meetings. 

Corporate Coaching and Workshops:

He has been leading workshops and coaching people in businesses for the last 15 years.  His clients include Comerica Bank and Cisco as well as small to medium sized businesses.  The typical results produced for small businesses have been on the order of increasing sales income by a factor of 5-7 times over a period of 6-8 months. 

He has successfully coached high level business leaders, real estate investors, engineers and other professionals.

He is a radio personality and had his own successful radio talk show on AM Radio: KSCO in the Bay Area of California. 

Mr. Bhaskaran graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) from the University of California, Irvine in 1989.  He is married to the beautiful and vivacious singer/songwriter Glenda Benevides.
